Is it really unlimited users?
Yes. You pay per company, not per person. Invite as many colleagues as you need at no extra cost.
Do I need a card for the trial?
Yes — the 7-day trial starts when you download or send your first quote. You can build quotes before that without a card. Cancel anytime during the trial and you won't be charged.
Which email can I send from?
Any mailbox with SMTP: Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook, Microsoft 365, Yandex, iCloud, Zoho or your own server. Without email settings you can still download the PDF and share the link.
Can customers approve online?
Yes. Every sent quote has a private link where the customer can view, download and approve or decline it. You're notified instantly.
What happens if I cancel?
Your quotes stay readable: you can view and download them, and customer links keep working. Creating and sending new quotes needs an active subscription.
